A man was conditionally discharged by magistrates after being convicted of drunk and disorderly behaviour in public in Titchfield Common.
Simon Robert Williams pleaded guilty to the offence at Southampton Road on December 7 when he appeared before Fareham Magistrates.
The court conditionally discharged the 30-year-old of Windmill Road in Headington, Oxford, for nine months. But if he commits another crime within that time he will be brought before the courts and re-sentenced.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £55 towards the Crown Prosecution Service costs.
