Parents have been warned to be aware of a man who made an “inappropriate remark” to a woman in Locks Heath yesterday (September 10).
The woman was in Locks Heath Park Road at 9am when a man made the comment to her. She reported the incident to the police.
An email was sent out to parents of pupils at Locks Heath Junior School warning them about the incident and asking them to “be vigilant and express the ‘Stranger Danger’ ‘rules’ to children” following the incident.
A Hampshire police spokesman said: “Initial enquiries established there was no physical contact. No other incidents have been reported.”
