A motorist has been disqualified from driving and fined £400 for drink-driving in Whiteley.
Stafford Bryon Whitehead has been banned from the roads for 12 months after being caught driving a BMW on Yew Tree Drive with 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
The 43-year-old of Honeysuckle Close in Gosport pleaded guilty to Fareham magistrates for the offence which took place on March 10. Whitehead was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £55.
