A man from Swanwick who has denied two counts of rape will face a trial by jury in the new year.
Kevin McEntee, 28, of Lawson Close pleaded not guilty at Portsmouth Crown Court to a charge of rape at Swanwick on January 25, 2011. He also pleaded not guilty to a charge of rape at Swanwick between January 29, 2011 and February 1, 2011.
McEntee spoke only to confirm his name and to enter his pleas. He was released on unconditional bail pending his trial.
